Syntonics maintains a quality management system (QMS) that is currently being revised to to ISO 9001:2015 (ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2015). Our registrar is the American affiliate of the British Standards Institute, BSI Group America, Inc.
Quality Policy
Syntonics LLC is diligent in its commitment to excellence, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, and continually improving effectiveness. It is by the combined efforts of every Syntonics employee that this commitment is fulfilled.
Quality Manual
Syntonics’ QMS is described in a set of documents that flows from our Quality Manual, which is available to any customer for his/her review. “Syntonics’ processes and procedure are interrelated and follow a logical implementation sequence. The flow and relationship of the processes is shown in the Business Process Flow…. The characteristics of this sequence and interaction are evaluated periodically in part during corrective and preventive action evaluations and in part during Management Review of the Quality System.”
